Hand of Hope Pregnancy Centers exists to truly offer women and men who are experiencing an unexpected pregnancy a real choice in their decision making process.
Hand of Hope Pregnancy Centers seek to meet a physical need first through the following free services: physician-quality pregnancy testing, limited ultrasounds and NC Women's Right to Know certification. Both locations are sites for Wake County Health & Human Services STI testing. Life Coach counseling, Life Skills classes and post-abortion support Bible studies are also offered free of charge. With the expectant parents' permission, we provide accurate and essential education regarding the physical, emotional and spiritual consequences of abortion, while encouraging exploration of other options such as parenting and adoption.

LIFELINE'S FAMILIES COUNT
Families Count is a ministry that partners with our local DSS system to provide required parenting classes for birth parents whose children are in the system or at risk for being placed. Through Families Count, Frontline will have the opportunity to teach these classes and walk alongside birth parents providing support, mentorship and care for their children.
