John serves as the founding and Lead Pastor of Frontline Church. He oversees the preaching, vision, staff, and leadership teams of the church and has devoted over 15 years to vocational ministry.

John and Kristen have been married for 21 years and have 5 amazing kids (2 of which were adopted from Kyrgyzstan). John comes from a military background and although he’s moved around a lot he and his family consider North Carolina home. John used to serve with the 82nd Airborne Division and was stationed at Ft. Bragg many moons ago.

In their free time, John and Kristen enjoy anything that has them outside in the woods and/or mountains, traveling together (especially to Ireland!), and anything involving competition (though Kristen normally wins).

Blake Burrough provides operational oversight to implement the church’s strategic vision by leading ministry areas, empowering staff and deacons, and aligning daily activities with the mission. He oversees staff operations, leads the worship ministry, manages church facilities and finances.

Blake and his wife Marisah have been married for 12 years. Blake is originally from southern Oklahoma and Marisah from Kansas City, but both deeply love living in North Carolina with their dog Ellie. Blake enjoys reading western novels, writing and playing music, and cooking. Marisah likes woodworking, interior design, and being at the beach. Both are ardent Kansas City Chiefs fans and love fighting over popcorn during movies. 

Karina Hurst oversee's and leads our children’s ministry by providing a safe environment for our little ones to learn about Jesus and by helping parents disciple their children at home.

Karina and Andy Hurst have been married for over 25 years, they have raised four children while traveling the world serving in the military. Andy grew up on the coast of North Carolina and is a true beach boy. He enjoys the beach, spending time with his family, and video games. Karina grew up in south Texas but calls North Carolina home now. She finds joy in being a wife and mother and her hobbies include gardening and quilting.

Reinna oversees administrative support to the lead pastor, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the church. She also oversees media and design that share the vision of the elders and the church.

Born & raised in Southern California, Reinna moved to North Carolina in 2017 with her husband Christian. Reinna and Christian have been life long friends since childhood, have been married for 14 years and have 2 sweet little boys named Abel & Atlas. They all love going to the beach whenever they can and enjoy movie nights at home. Reinna loves photography,  writing music and cooking Filipino comfort food for her family. Christian enjoys being home, teaching Abel jiu jitsu, and spending time with his family. They are enjoying life in Fayetteville and renovating their home together one project at a time.

Aidan serves as the Student Director in leading the student ministry into spiritual formation and mission.

Aidan, hailing from North Texas, and his wife Katie, of Oklahoma City, have been married for 5 years. Aidan currently is a middle school Bible teacher at Village Christian Academy in Fayetteville, NC. He enjoys doing almost anything outdoors, reading books, and going to the movies.

JoAnna serves as the Hospitality Director by leading ministries that foster faithful presence to others that walk into our community.
 
JoAnna has been married to Sidney Vincent for 15 years and are raising 3 wonderful and curious kiddos while traveling for Sidney’s Army career.
In their free time as a family, they enjoy hiking, biking, visiting museums and exploring new places. They love the beach, swimming in the ocean, movie nights on the sofa and board games! While Sidney is watching and analyzing football, JoAnna is looking up new recipes and reading biographies. North Carolina is JoAnna’s 5th duty station and Sidney’s 6th but they hope to finish out the next 3 years of their military life here in North Carolina.

Matt is on staff as a pastoral resident.

Matt and Lyndsey have been married for 10 years and have 4 young boys. Lyndsey is a North Carolina native, and Matt spent nearly a decade here in the Army. Matt likes being outdoors, climbing, and good movies. Lyndsey loves designing their home, making delicious bread, and scoring sweet deals on marketplace. They have a dog named Sandra Bullock, the only other female presence in their home.
